Obama Shows Solidarity With the Troops

The burdens of the world on his shoulders, “the Dear One” takes his church going to the golf course, where he prays that no one notices his form. Bravely and, without TOTUS, he calibrates his next major policy move in taking down the US economy, or, possibly, his next “teachable moment ” in healing race relations. My guess is, that having golfed for the last 10 weekends straight, according to Eric Zimmerman at The Hill, that he hasn’t read the 1,018 pages of the Health Reform Bill. I mean all good sales people find out about their product before they try to sell it. P.S. Is that Michael Jackson’s glove?
Then there is also the very unfortunate fact that the not only is the economy in the tank, July has been an extremely deadly month for our troops in Afghanistan. GWB said in an interview with Mike Allen of Politico that he gave up golf while he was in office because of the war casualties in Iraq.
I’m afraid the media bias made Barry’s victory in November just a little too easy, and journalism in the USA will take a long time to recover it’s credibility. Governor Palin took a parting shot at the media at her Farewell picnic today. Here she is:
