Now, a lot has been said about Obama’s trashing the US European missile defense shield and Russia’s reciprocating with the removal of the same over the past week. However, nothing has been mentioned of Obama allowing Russia to “modernize Cuba’s defenses consisting of concentric rings drawn over Central and Northern South America, and extending over the United States…”, according to alarming news reported in the Miami Herald. “The visit by Gen. Although there seems to be widespread agreement that Russia is not exactly up to snuff on its modern military, itself, it can give support to foreign surveillance, and, of course, it can strengthen Chavez’s position.
